What Causes Passing Of Blood In Stool And Abdominal Cramps?

Have had 3 bloody (bright red) bowel movements in the past month. First time did not see it mixed with stool. But a lot on tissue and some in toilet. Second time large amount of bright red bood on tissue and in toilet and mixed in stool. Third time (today) abdominal cramping and large amt. of bright red blood on tissue and in toilet, and very little loose stool in toilet.Still having some abdominal cramping. No tenderness.
