Hi,
I understand your concern.
PCOS is a condition of hormonal imbalance causing lac of ovulation & irregular periods. When periods are very much delayed- there is excessive built up of inner lining of uterus ( excess of hormone estrogen) which leads to excessive bleeding with some times blood clots.
You had last period in October-a 3 months of delay in periods. An irregular hormonal pattern can lead to ovulation & pregnancy even in PCOS patients- So your doubt of pregnancy & abortion also needs to be excluded.
* A pelvic USG scan can differentiate in two conditions.
* consult a gynecologist for specific treatment after diagnosis .
Thanks.
