Hi,
The clinical picture suggests that you may have expelled some product of conception and to know what it is, a histopathology exam is needed. The fact that there is no associated bleeding or spotting suggests that it may have been retained in the vagina and got expelled. The color of the clot suggests altered blood. You should show the discharge to your health care provider and get it analyzed to know the exact reason. Please maintain genital hygiene. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
