My brother is 44 yrs old. He had a heart attack caused by CAD ( un diagnosed ) the central artery was completely blocked at the bottom, and he has lost 38% of his heart. He also suffered a stroke in the cerebellum at the same time. That is what he felt first, anyway, and was incapable of getting help. His wife found him at 5 pm and EMT were called and hospital. They are only medically treating. Said too much time elapsed before treatment for a stint or surgery. There is partial blockage in other 2 arteries. What will happen? Prognosis? Life expectancy? I am frightened. They just keep telling us how much more prone he is to reoccurance
