General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query.

Based on your symptoms I would like to check for tuberculosis and cancer, especially so with weight loss.

*how old are you? Male or female?
*any recent travel abroad?
*any family history of cancer or tuberculosis?

I recommend :
-a physician consult
-CT of the brain, chest and abdomen
-biopsy of the lymph node with excision if indicated
-an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram.
-blood tests (complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests, TB IgG and IgM, cortisol levels, pituitary hormone levels)
-urine analysis

Based on these, a diagnosis can be made. You may need further testing, if these are inconclusive.

Please get this thoroughly checked out.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
