Hello and welcome to HCM.
Palpitations at rest in a 25 year old female needs further investigations.
It may be related to anxiety, thyroid disorders, anaemia.
Thyroid disorders may be associated with menstrual irregularities.Anaemia with fatigue, reduced working capacity and pallor.
If I were your doctor,I would recommend,
-Investigations like blood pressure measurement, blood haemogram, thyroid tests, electrocardiography, blood glucose and blood lipids.
-Destress yourself with regular yoga and meditation.Listen to calm music or engage in some relaxing hobby.
-Keep your weight within control by balanced diet and regular exercising.
-Further management depends upon the results of the tests.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks.
