What Causes Palpitations In Pregnancy?

I am 19, and I am currently 6 months pregnant with my first child. I was sitting down and all of a sudden my heart started to beat really fast and i could feel it without touching over my heart. I am concerned b/c I m pregnant and do not feel him moving at this time after poking etc.. what should i do?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion I suggest you to rule out low HB.As anaemia also presents with palpitations and easy fatiguebility.Also low BP and low sugars might present with same .So rule out all the above things by consulting your doctor.Dont worry.Take frequently food in small quantities every 2 hourly.Adequate fluids upto 3 litres are advised.
