What Causes Palpitations And Headaches?

I ve been experiencing heart palpitations. Sometimes occuring every 30 seconds for about 5-10 seconds. I ve also have had a headache for the past week or two. Sometimes not noticeable unless I move my head too quickly or lean over. When I have the sputtering in my heart it makes me feel light headed. What could cause these symptoms?
