What Causes Palpitations And Dizziness?
I am 17 years old, and my heart is beating 84 beats per minute (at resting). Also I feel kind of weak/dizzy, and have been sleeping a lot, (I just woke up, for about the 3rd time, and it is almost 10 at night)... is this bad, and/or should I seek medical help?

Constant stress and anxiety can lead to heart palpitations even in the absence of any medical problem.Consult your doctor and get investigated for anemia,hyperthyroidism and ECG to rule out medical problems
