Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that palpitaions with dizziness can be because of irregular heart rhythm which is a common occurrence after aortic valve replacement, because some of the fibers carrying electrical signal through your heart get damage during Aortic Valve Replacement surgery.

Kind get an ECG and echocardiography done and consult with a Cardiologist for further management.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind Regards
