What Causes Palpitations And Dizziness?

About two weeks ago, I started having these "spells". They hit out of nowhere. My heart will instantly start racing, I have this tunnel feeling like I'm going to pass out, and once it subsides I get a substantial headache. Tonight, I had yet another only I didnt get the tunnel feeling. My heart started racing and I felt super dizzy. Now my chest, left arm, and legs feel very heavy and the headache is coming back. Any idea of what could be going on? I plan to consult with my MD soon.

You didnot mention your age.it would have given clue to the diagnosis.
Headache,palpitations,dizziness can be due to hypertension/phaeochromocytoma/heart related disorders with or without anxiety disorder.

I recommend you to get your certain investigations done.
Blood pressure measurement,24 hour urinary catecholamine levels,Electrocardiogram,CT scan head.
You can meet internal medicine specialist in this regard.
Further management will depend upon the cause.
Avoid smoking,alcohol,caffeinated drinks as these may excaberate your symptoms.
Avoid stress physical and psychological.
