Hello,
If i were your doctor, i should refer you to a cardiologist to have echocardiography to rule out any kind of heart problem. Palpitations and breathlessness are common during last trimester, but it is not so severe that it can affect your routine.
sometimes when amniotic fluid is less or any kind of infection can cause these type of symptoms.it is better to get sonography and echocardiography done to prevent any kind of complications.
You can get back to me after these interventions..
