your thyroid profile looks normal, your hemoglobin is on lower side. So continue iron supplements and all whatever you are consuming.
Sometimes low hemoglobin can cause palpitations, anyway you can your local doctor for tab ciplar LA 20 mg once which will control your anxiety and palpitations. Many times even if all parameters are normal some person get tachycardia and it's called inappropriate sinus tachycardia which can very well be controlled with ciplar. Dose can be increased to 40 mg after you tolerated. Monitor your blood pressure while being on it.
