What Causes Palmoplantar Pustulosis?

Hi - I have been diagnosed with Palmoplantar Pustulosis. I do not, nor ever had, psoriasis anywhere on my body. I am concerned with the side effects of Soriatane and have stopped taking the tablets (20 mg per day). Is it possible to just get by using Dovobet and Lyderm creams. I am a 64 year old female.

hi mam,i can understand your agony.but the dose of soriatane prescribed for you is very low and can hardly cause any adverse effects.let me make it clear that the adverse effects definitely outweigh benefits.i usually recommend my patients both topical and oral medications.soriatane is very important in remission of palmoplantar pustulosis.so,kindly rethink and start taking it for effective relief.hope you are satisfied with my explanation.any further queries are always welcome.thank you.take care.bye.
