What Causes Pale Colored Stool?

Hello. I ve had two very pale stools today. I eat very healthy, lots of veggies, and organic. No sodas or other garbage. Drink only coffee, tea or lemon water. I have had no barium treatments. I did eat through a large bowel of mixed nuts, including cashews, which is something I typically don t do because I don t eat nuts very often. Also, I started working out again 3 days ago. Other than some soreness from working out, I feel fine. I am on no medications. No fever, no yellow tinge in skin or eyes. Should I be concerned?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Pale colored stool may not be a cause for concern if not accompanied by other digestive symptoms like abdominal pain, watery/mucous/bloody stool. It may just be due to what you ate as food color largely determines color of stool.
I will suggest you just stay calm and observe for persistence and other digestive symptoms. If any of these, you may then see the Doctor for examination and a stool exam.
Hope this will help you
Best regards
