Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What problems you are describing appears to be infection and presence of carbuncle at the tip of nipple. Since it is present with pain and white head only, it might not have been developed in to abscess. You can take the following medications to overcome it by conservative treatment. 1. Clean the area with warm water and antiseptic like Povidine-iodine solution. 2. Take a course of antibiotics Tablet. Amoxacillin with Clavulenic acid to overcome infection. 3. Take Tablet. Diclofenac with Serratiopeptidase twice daily after food. In case it subsides and you feel better, you can complete the course of these medications. If it does not subside with a couple of doses of medication, it needs to be explored and drained by surgery through incision and drainage under aseptic conditions.
