What Causes Painless Bruises On The Arms?

About a month ago I had this werid mark on my arm that kinda looked like a needle mark but without the puncture wound, but I ignored it cause it didn t hurt and it wasn t swollen and didn t bleed or anything, now today my friend pointed out the same looking mark again and I looked and there s another one, except now it s a little bigger and it looks like there s 2, it looks like a tiny round bruise in the crease of my arm around where you d put in an IV, idk if I should worry about it since there s no pain or anything, it s kinda just there

Hi.
As per your case history of painless bruise, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching and NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
