What Causes Painful Urination?

I use to take some medicine that called amoxicillion when i was a teenager (14). Whenever i go pee it hurt but then when i wipe myself the skin from my vagina like little pieces came off on the tissue. Now, im (26) it looks like i have genital warts when i look at it. What should i do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

Painful urination may be because of pelvic inflammatory disease in your case.
The tissue like thing you get when you wipe may be the thick vaginal discharge.More likely to be vaginal candidiasis as you also told you were on long term antibiotics.
Genital warts appear locally as skin or mucosa growths which may itch or cause burning sensation but they donot come out when wiped away as you described.
Vaginal candidiasis can be treated by local application of clotrimazole cream for 3-5 days.
Maintain regular genital hygiene by soap and water and dont use any other commercial products.
Maintain adequate intake of water.
If symptoms persists, visit gynaecologist for proper pelvic examination.Investigations like vaginal swab smear and urinanalysis to rule out urinary tract infection may be required.

Hope I answered your query.
