What Causes Painful Urination?

Hi.I was wondering my boyfriend just started today when he goes to the bathroom it hurts when he pees and now just noticed like puss is coming out what could that be and we had first time anal sex after that was lastnight and today it hurts him wen he urines and a little puss coming out

Thanks for query.

Your boyfriend has acquired infection of the genitals due to unprotected anal sex .

He needs to get following tests done
1) Urine test and urine culture .
2) Swab test and culture of a discharge from urethra.

In the mean while ask him to take antibiotic like Augmentin and anti inflammatory medicine Diclofenac twice daily with urine alkalizer thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Ask him to drink more water This will help to reduce dysuria.

Ensure he cleans his genitals with war water twice daily.

Ensure not to have any natural or unnatural sex till it gets cured completely.
