Hello,

Urinary discomfort may be associated with excess foreskin. You just check whether his foreskin is retracting back properly exposing his external meatus totally or obstructing it.

Watery stool once or twice is normal occasionally as part of normal physiological adaptation but if more than 2 per day then pathological.

Throwing is due to inadequate burping time provided. Always after feeding take the child head over your shoulder and child in your forearm for at least 20 minutes before letting to lie down in bed or cradle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel.
