What Causes Painful Urination And Pink Blood After Urinating?

It hurt a to pee when I went to toilet. It felt like needles were on atrack down there. And when I wiped it was a very light pink color of blood. It was defendantly no my period(had it already) and if it helps. I have also been feeling constipated all of a sudden.
