Hello dear Understand your concern I think you have bladder wall damage during the heavy weight lifting that cause pinkish blood and pain at the end of urination. But it may be associated with UTI, stone in urinary tract, certain type of cancer and disease of kidney. I advice you to consult the urologist to rule out the above causes: Investigations should be done: urine routine & microscopic, USG scan of the kidney. Doctor will give you following advice for current condition: Tablet pyridium, and nitozolium. Drink plenty of waters and maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
