What Causes Painful Urination And Bowel Movement After Treatment Of Anxiety?

HI, I am a 31 year old white female, one child, 21 years old, no medical conditions other than treated mild anxiety/depression.For the last 4 weeks I have had acidic, orange, burning diarrhoea, which has caused my perineum to be very irritated, red, and almost slightly thickened?It hurts really bad then pass either urine or stool as well as when I wipe after either, basically any touch at all stings like hell.

Hi,

I understand your concern.

Acidic, orange, burning diarrhea is suggestive of gastroenteritis. It could be due to acute viral infection or food poisoning.

Candida infection of bowels is also to consider which is associated with this type of diarrhea. Stool culture would confirm it. Laceration of anal mucosa has happened due to diarrhea.

I advise to:
- increase fluids intake with oral rehydration salts
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- take tasectan or pepto bismol to stop diarrhea
- if candida infection is confirmed, anti-fungal therapy is suggested

Keep good genital hygiene. Rinse with chamomile tea.
Once the pH of the stool is stabilized, and diarrhea is reversed, then, you'll have no burning problems.
