I ve been waking up, usually in the early morning hours with this tingling sensation in my front thigh. If I m not careful when I change position I get this unbearable pain that feels like my skin is tearing, ripping and burning. I cant explain how bad it hurts, I have actually started screaming in pain. I have to change positions so carefully to not set off this unexplainable pain. I m very concerned as I just turned 50, overweight, smoker and a history of diabetes, circulation issues leading to amputations and heart problems in my family.
