General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are very likely caused by infection. Urinary tract infection may sometimes ascend to involve the testes and its tubes (epididimitis). So I personally understand you should go to your doctor to be checked for infection and proper treatment.

For the time being you may use painkiller. take more fluids. Hope this help you understand your query. Please do not hesitate if you have any further question or concern.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
