Hi,

As per your complain Bell's Palsy is a disorder related to facial nerve that is seventh cranial nerve and is the nerve of face. This nerve ends on face itself and the painful swelling on the soles of feet does not seems to be due to bell's palsy rather can be due to causes like:

- Achilles Tendinitis, Tarsel tunnel syndrome, bursitis, bone spurs, diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, arthritis, bursitis etc.

I would suggest you to consult an Orthopedician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI scan etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.

You can be advised anti inflammatory painkillers, muscle relaxants, reducing your standing hours, soft sole footwears, orthotics, cool compresses, physiotherapy etc for relief.

Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks and regards,
