Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

You seem to have bacterial infection of the skin. Pus formation is characteristic of bacterial skin infections.

If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to get a pus culture sensitivity from one of the lesions. That would reveal the causative bacterial organism.
Pending culture results, I would have started you empirically on one of the oral antibiotics from the penicillin group of drugs e.g flucloxacillin or Amoxycillin.
I would have monitored the progress over the next few days and would have either modified or continued with the same antibiotic depending on the response and also based on the results of the culture report.

Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs therefore I would suggest that you talk to your doctor for the needful.

Topically you may use an OTC topical antibacterial e.g 2% mupirocin ointment twice daily for a few days

Regards
