What Causes Painful Pus Filled Blister On The Penis?

Hi I am male , 18 years old (am still virgin so i didnt have any sexual activity) , i have found pus on the side of my pennis right below the head of the penis, its been 3 days till now. There is a paining sensation when am shooting a football with my right leg for example or when i am sleeping on my right side (because the pain is in the right side). I take a bath everyday and usually change my underwear atleast once a day and some times twice (if am coming from a football game and sweating alot). Now when i even wash it with drops of water it pains alot like a pins get into my penis. So what is this ?and should i be really worried or calm down???

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Infection can occur at any point of the body. It can occur in the genitalia even without a history of sexual activity.

It would be best to be seen by your doctor for assessment which would include physical examination of the affected area.
If there is an abscess (localized collection of pus) then this would need be incised in the office and drained.

Antibiotics would be needed to help treat the infection.

I hope this helps
