What Causes Painful Pimples On The Face After Taking Azithral 500 Dosage?
Hi Doc..i felt very small and just few pimples on my face..doc prescribed me defset for 5days and Azithrol 500 for 3days (repeat15days)... It didn t help me at all my pimples have grown into big acnes with pus in it..may be acne papules.. I again went to see same doc he then recommeneded tubes Retine Ac, Crixan gel,acnedep and Tab.Mdox 100mg for 2 months . Its been 10days i dont see any change as i am still getting new painful pimples and old one are dying quite slowly.. Mdox seems to be an anti boitic .. My questions are Q1.Is the prescription all right since the beginning?? Q2.Should i take that antibiotic for 2 months ..i think thats too much coz i see no progress? Q3.should i see someother doc ?its been 50days and its only growing and getting worse.. Q4. Why m i getting pimple at such age (28)married I can send the pictures also if you want. P. I only use cetaphil to wash my facr and apply no creams ..oily skin !

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have painful pimples on the face which occurs when sebum get accumulated along with dead skin and bacteria in clogged pore of sebaceous gland. You are getting so much pimples at age of 28 which is due to hormonal changes at particular age. Need not to worry. You should start with accutane as it contains isotretinoin and is used to treat severe acne. Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove the dead skin from your face. You should not take antibiotics for 2 months without prescription. If condition doesn't start getting better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotic course clindamycin. You should go for chemical peeling and laser therapy. Drink plenty of water. Apply betnovate on acne twice a day for 2-3 days. Take diet rich in fruits , green leafy vegetables and salad.
