What Causes Painful Lumps On The Pelvic Bone?

I m 52 year old male I have 2 large lumps or swelling with the right side larger than left just above my scrotum or my pelvis bone its very painful especially when I cough when I lay on my back they seem to get smaller it kinda feels like a large swollen gland

it can ,be inflammatory lump.it requires tobe locally examined preferably by surgeon.after examination proper diagnosis can be made. subsequently can be inscised and drained. requires antibiotic and analgesic to be given.
