For the past month, I have been developing painful small egg-sized lumps on my head that feel exactly like I bumped or bruised my head. I haven t. There is no bruising or redness. Just pain. The lumps are not hard. The are very painful and go away after a few days. Icing helps with pain but does not make them go away. I went to the ER at the Clevelad Clinical c and they did blood tests and all was normal. They ruled out Lupus which they originally suspected as I had a facial rash that went from ear-to-ear and crossed my nose. It only lasted a week. I followed up with a Rheumatologist and he felt all was fine. But a new lump appeared tonight and my knee joint hurts so much I can hardly walk.
