What Causes Painful Lump On The Lower Back?

HI I have a lump on my lower back in the middle but a it to the right, it s a pebble size and don t normally hurt but today has gave me back ache. I am over weight and have been having serval problems in the area i.e. Not coming on but not pregnant, water infections, bacteria infection. I have been tested for sti and have none. I used to be consterpated but now is soft but I haven t lost no weight.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be lipoma and nothing could be else, still I would advise to keep this under observation for any changes, it can be removed surgically for cosmetic purpose, hope this information helps.
