What Causes Painful Lump In Between The Buttocks?

Uh ucredit hellos i have a painful bump in the inside of my butt cheeck these usually come then go with little pain but this one really hurts and its bigger than normal the bump doesn t look like a pimple more like the bumb is in the inside of the skin

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that painful lump in the inside of buttcheek that seems to be under the skin seems most probably be a Perianal abscess that has not yet started draining..
It occurs most commonly due to hairfollicle infection while other causes can be infected gland in the area or infection in the skin leading to pus formation under the skin..
I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist or Anorectal surgeon or you can even see a general surgeon and get evaluated.
He can advise you a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller and topical application of antibiotic, steroid and numbing ointment..
Do warm compresses as it can ease in draining it off..
If it does not improve or start worsening then Incision and Drainage can help in faster resolution..
