What Causes Painful Lesions On The Buttocks?

I have these crater like lesions on both butt cheeks inside that are very painful. I ve had this about three weeks now and it s not getting any better. The only comfort I get is alcohol and it burns so good. It seems to get better when it s dry. I ve used diflucan pills and clotrimazole cream and it s not not healing. It has clear and sometimes yellowish liquid with no odor. My underwear seems to make it more open like a hole in it. Can I put a large bandage on it. What can I do!!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello there,
I would request u to stop treating this condition all by yourself.
any infection on butt cheeks can penetrate much further and create a tunnel inside.
kindly get it examined by a general surgeon and get it treated.
till then u can keep the area clean daily with betaine solution, apply neosporin ointment, take tablet ciplox TZ and tablet brufen.
regards
