What Causes Painful Large Bump At Back Of Head?

Last night i fall down and hit the back of my head at the tiled floor while taking my bath, i am conscious and experienced forgetfulness for a few minutes, i have a large bump at the back of my head. I observed for more than 12 hours nows for signs, no nausea and vomitting , its just i felt pain on the area of the bump.

1. Since skin of head cannot stretch thus any trauma will result in swelling (haematoma) of the head which will require time to get down (since lymphatic system is also absent in brain)

2. Get yourself checked for Neurological Examination (from head to toe) for any other injury and if vitals are perfect then only cold compresses to haematoma is sufficient, otherwise if om examination any abmormality is found then C.T. Head may be asked.
