Why is it that I can t tell if I ve had an orgasm or not. Every time I have sex it s a huge rush of stimulation and it feels so extreme that I am always breathing hard and quite stimulated. This can happen with just slow penetration or touching. I also still get a numb tingling feeling in my hands. This used to happen at lot worse all down my arms and legs to the point where I couldn t stand. Also, I find that sex can be a bit painful too. I don t know why and would like to know if there s a reason for all of this.
