What Causes Painful Intercourse?

hi, I think i might have a problem, after giving birth to my son 2 years back, sex is no longer nice, it gets painful and it s very sore. recently it has worsen as i no longer get wet at all it becomes all dry even after i ejaculate. is this normal though, what can i use to go back to my normal state where i enjoyed sex daily.

I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to vaginal dryness, vaginal infection, hormonal imbalance, insufficient arousal, stress, anxiety.
Take following advises:
Spend more time in foreplay before the intercourse
Avoid perfumed chemical and soap
use vaginal moisturizing agents like VAGISIL after bath
Use water based lubricant (K-Y gel) before sex.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene before and after sex
Drink plenty of water, eat healthy diet.
Do regualr exercise like walking and yoga.
If not resolves then consult the gynecologist to rule the infection and take proper treatment.
