What Causes Painful Groin And Leg?
I have this weird on and off again pain in the right inner part of my groin/leg area. its right in the crease, haven t done any exercises or anything to pull it. I have a desk job. its been on and off again, I don t feel any lumps. its a dull achy pain. what could this be?

This could be muscular spasm and could be due to poor posture, try to maintain good posture, second you can have analgesic medicine and best would be "Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen" three times in day, if this does not helps then clinical examination would be necessary, hope this information helps, take care.
