What Causes Painful Flaccid Veins On Penis Shaft?
I have veins on the upper left hand side of the penis shaft that are visible and able to be felt when flaccid or when erect. There is pain when the area is rubbed and even when left alone. The veins seem to be deeply twisted and inflamed which causes a red, swelled mark where the veins are. It seems to happen the worst after sex with my girlfriend. Is this Mondor's Disease?

You have prominent veins on dorsal aspect of penis .
These are prominent varicose veins of tributaries of Superficial Dorsal Veins of penis and found in many individuals.
They are either going to harm your sexual potency nor going to have negative effect during sexual intercourse.
There is no active treatment to resolve them either.
