What Causes Painful Erection?

i have been going to the emergency room for priapism since 2007. almost every morning i wake up by 5:00am with a painful erection, and just last year i figured out that if i do about 200 or more push ups when i get up, it helps with getting the errection down. is this gonna go on for the rest of my life?

Hi,

You are worrying unnecessarily. The whitish liquid comes out through your penis semen itself. That is body's normal procedure and you cannot control it. Body produces sperm cells whenever you are sexually excited. The produced sperm cells are stored inside your body. Because it is a waste product, body needs to throw it out. Body naturally throws out the waste product through urine or through nocturnal emission (dream / night fall). There is nothing to worry about it.

Please understand, bend penis is also normal. this is the scenario with most men. The bend is usually due to masturbation. Again there is nothing to worry.

I suggest you consult a psychologist for counseling and to provide you with essential sex-related knowledge. Please do not ignore this advise. You need sexological counseling.
