What Causes Painful Dark Vein On The Tip Of Penis?

Help the inside of the tip of my penis is abit darker than usual and a vein is abit inflamed?? It also aches a little but after I urinate2.) I ve got a little skin coloured growth in the vein connectin my shaft to my tip, it appears to be growing on it rather than under the skin? Help it s painless though

You are advised to go for an immediate medical check up. You may have to undergo for a biopsy to reach to a definite conclusion particularly any suspected growth---benign or malignant.
