Hello and welcome to HCM,
The area where you feel the pain is the chest region.
The internal structures which are present in the chest are heart, lungs, pleura and esophagus or food pipe.
Colon is present within the abdominal cavity and not the chest.
Pain after eating food is suggestive of indigestion or reflux of stomach contents into the esophagus or food pipe.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of medication to control the symptoms.
If required, you may have to consult a gastroenterologist.

Thanks and take care
