What Causes Painful Bumps On Penis And Buttocks?
Hi i am 25years old i have dark swelling spots on my penis and around the centre line on my two butts, the spots are realy painful and release colourless liquid if pressed, i masturbate 4 times a day, the side regions near my penis are also painful even without the spots, please advise my sickness

Thank you for following up.It seems you have genital herpes.It caused by a virus called HSV-2. It's highly contagious and can spread. Antiviral drugs can make outbreaks less frequent and help clear up symptoms more quickly.
There are symptoms as: small fluid-filled blisters that form painful, crusted sores on the genitals, anus, thighs, or buttocks. Can spread to the lips through oral contact.I suggest-
1.Consult dermatologist.
2.Take Acyclovir 400 mg 1 tablet 2 times for 5 days.
3.Apply acyclovir ointment 2 times,rubber gently during 5 days
