What Causes Painful Bumps In Ear Lobes?

I have a tint bump, like a little ball in both of my earlobes. They kept moving down the lobes as time passes by but I left it alone and after a while, and both sank down and is almost gone. Now the one on my left ear came back and it hurts whenever I touch it. Should k be worry?

Such bumps or keloids could be due to ear piercing or due to a condition called chondrodermatitis nodularis, common in diabetics. Get your blood sugar and uric acid levels tested and avoid touching or rubbing the area. If it settles on its own, there is no cause for worry. Avoid ear studs if any for the time being.
