What Causes Painful Bump Above The Belly Button?

I had a hysterectomy 4 1\2 weeks ago and I am really nauseated and hurting in my lower abdomen and I noticed a hard bump right side above my belly button under the skin that hurts to touch and is causing sharp pain. What could this be? Should I see my dr?

Dear friend,
As u described a bump above belly button. You undergone for hysterectomy but it require more detail. If it was open or laparoscopic? Abdominal or vaginal? And bump over the scar or above it? But as per your detail it might be abscess or any infectious lesion below skin or muscular level. It needs examination for confirmation, so you should consult your doctor.
