What Causes Painful Bowel Movements With Blood?
i have been suffering bowel problems for over a year now. I find it painfull when going to the toilet and i find bright red blood when i wipe. its only usually very little but still cause for concern. I find sometimes is worse at times that others. Is it serious?

As per my clinical experience, painful bowel movement with blood is usually case of fissure or hemorrhoids.
Though not serious, must consult your surgeon for diagnosis with proctoscopy examination and get cured accordingly.
