What Causes Painful Blisters On The Elbow?

I scraped my elbow pretty deep about five weeks ago. (Fell of a ladder and hit the sidewalk) The skin eventually scarred over and the skin was pink. Now there are blisters on the scar, and the site is very painful. What might have caused the blistering?

exclude fracture by taking x-rays it should be treated like injury with inj tt and dressing with betadine solution.take hifenac p daily for 5days.can take antibiotic like ezythrocin 500 mg daily for 5days.
