What Causes Painful Around The Neck,breathing And Swallowing After Having MDMA?

After a night of MDMA, the very morning, before I have even slept, just when the effects started fadind. My body has completey seized up on me! Extremely tight and painful around the neck, chest, breathing & swalloing, im bed redded its that bad! anything i can do to ease it? & why has this happend?

MDMA has a number of adverse side effects, one of the most noted is the muscles of the body tend to stiffen or "clench". This occurs for several reason due to the effects of the drug, but dehydration and changes in the electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium) in the blood are largely responsible for this. If you are having any chest discomfort or difficulty breathing I have to suggest that you go to the nearest ER to be evaluated. This is critical to be honest.

Replacement of the electrolytes can also help ease the symptoms and speed their resolution, sports drinks (Gatorade, etc.) is very useful in this, and adequate hydration is key here. If the symptoms remain please have yourself evaluated ASAP, particularly with chest pain.
