General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to Bartholini cyst.
I suggest soaking in a few inches of warm water either in a tub or sitz bath, four times a day for a few days may resolve even an infected Bartholin cyst.
Taking over-the-counter painkillers such as Tylenol may help with discomfort.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to take a cycle of antibiotics.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
