What Causes Painful And Frequent Urination?

I am 72 years old, weigh 140 lbs and always have been and am quite healthy. I woke up a lot last night to urinate. Starting this morning I have needed to urinate about every 10 minutes and when I do I have very painful tingling down there and in my hands
